  • Open plan kitchen, living, dining, and alfresco;
  • Single car garage.

Special Features

  • 2.75 metre high ceilings ground floor;
  • 2.34 metre high internal doors.

Landscaping

  • New decking to the front and rear;
  • Landscaping throughout the front and rear gardens;
  • Native plants featuring highly.
